Our Online Personal Training consists of a virtual session, delivered to you at home (or anywhere) over the internet, using video conferencing tools like Facetime ™, Whatsapp™. Your coach will demonstrate, motivate and coach you through your workout, as they would in person. This program includes a comprehensive Fitness-Performance Assessment which will allow us to develop a tailored program according to everyone's needs and goals. Check our Pricing Tab for rate info.
By doing a comprehensive fitness-performance assessment and spend some time describing your goals to your coach, we will be able to develop a training program that will give you a clear and realistic timeframe and strategy to reach your goals. During this assessment, we will review your posture, primal patterns, range of motion of the main limbs, and current performance in any sport and/or activity.
As part of our personal training program, we include a simple review of your daily routine and lifestyle, in order to determine if there will be something we could improve such as nutrition, hydration, sleep patterns, etc. All these variables coupled with a proper workout routine will set you up for success.
During your private session, the coach will be hands-on with your progress, re-evaluating and following a structured plan to keep you going forward towards your goals.
If you are not able to receive in person instruction, this is the option for you! No equipment required.
