Fusion Camp is a bootcamp based training inspired by different techniques combined together to promote fat loss, conditioning increase and team effort. This class is designed to build fitness through a variety of intense intervals, using body-weight exercises, suspension training, conditioning drills and group challenges. This is the best fit for someone trying their first class, starting into physical activity, or maintain a high level cardio resistance while sharing team work.
Full Body Strength is a functional movement class focused on safe technique and physiological function improving your overall strength and athletic ability. Work your total body with a variety of equipment that is designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat. You will use hand weights, plate loaded barbells, and your own body weight to challenge your potential muscular output for the final result of a stronger you.
Boxing Cardio is a total body fitness class that incorporates martial arts and boxing, and is designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance. This class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing and core strength exercises. If you're looking for a fun and different way to sweat, burn calories and increase stamina, this is the right fit for you.
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Our Parkinson Strength class is inspired by the Rock Steady Boxing method. In this class, our members condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome Parkinson's disease.
Our kids classes include a Self Defense - Anti Bullying Class which will teach them key skills to get away from dangerous situations. We also count on a Boxing class for kids, where they'll be able to learn striking techniques hitting the bags and going through pad drills with the coach. Our latest addition to our kids program is Little Warriors class (Jan 2019), which is an American Ninja Warrior based class, which will empower our kids to gain strength, mobility and gymnastic abilities.
Our Private and Semi Private Personalized Program includes a comprehensive Fitness - Performance Assesment which will allow us to develop a tailored program according to everyone needs and goals.
As part of our private training program, we include around 15 minutes of myofascial release before the training session (if needed), which is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
By doing a comprehensive fitness - performace assesment and spend some time describing your goals to your coach, we will be able to develop a training program that will give you a clear and realistic timeframe and strategy to reach your goals. During this assesment we will review your posture, primal patterns, range of motion of the main limbs and current performance in any sport and/or activity.
During your private session, the coach will be hands on your progress, re evaluating and following a structured plan to keep you going forward towards your goals.
