The Fusion House Fitness is a Functional Training Facility. We count on the tools, knowledge and experience to mimic everyday activities and / or challenges, whether as an athlete or picking up your grocery bags, to help you perform at your best. We're a Family Owned, Westchester Based Business, Proud to be part of the local emerging entrepeneurs in our area.
After operating for a couple of years in West Harrison, our community outgrew our space inspiring us to open a bigger new facility in the heart of White Plains. We count on a Brand New Facility, never used as gym before, brand new top of the line equipment, bathrooms and shower, and a spacious physicval therapy and recovery area with the latest trend on athletic performance.
Come and experience true functional training!. Our Small Group Training consist of a bootcamp based workout in which our professional and experienced coaches will provide the guidance needed for a comprehensive conditioning and strengthening session.
Our small group training is set up to meet safety COVID19 requirements by holding a workout station for each participant, no shared equipment, strict cleaning and sanitizing practices, among others. Safety not only means sanitizing, we also take our clients safety seriously by providing comprehensive workouts that will not only make you sweat, but truly build a robust fitness and athletic performance.

Our Private and Semi Private Personalized Program includes a comprehensive Fitness - Performance Assesment which will allow us to develop a tailored program according to everyone needs and goals.
As part of our private training program, we include around 15 minutes of myofascial release before the training session (if needed), which is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
By doing a comprehensive fitness - performace assesment and spend some time describing your goals to your coach, we will be able to develop a training program that will give you a clear and realistic timeframe and strategy to reach your goals. During this assesment we will review your posture, primal patterns, range of motion of the main limbs and current performance in any sport and/or activity.
During your private session, the coach will be hands on your progress, re evaluating and following a structured plan to keep you going forward towards your goals.

If you’d told us in 2013 that someday we’d own a functional training facility, we wouldn’t have believed it.
We are very passionate about wellbeing and fitness. That was one of the things that made us connect right away when we met attending a martial arts class: Sports and martial arts were part of our routines and hobbies, we were performing athletes from a very young age in our home country, Venezuela.
We never thought about it as a life career, though. Instead, we both pursued and accomplished successful careers in corporate life. But that was about to change after we decided to start a new life in the U.S. back in 2014.
Being immigrants means starting from scratch, keep working things out to get along with a new life, and overcome language and cultural barriers. We accepted the challenge and stepped it up by starting a family.
As we worked and managed other studios and honed our training skills, it came to us the idea of starting something of our own. After all, we had corporate knowledge, accumulated experience in fitness, and we needed professional and personal growth. That’s how we first thought about The Fusion House.
More than a training place, we wanted it to be a platform for other like-minded people to grow and succeed in the fitness business. That’s why we made sure we had the tools, knowledge, and experience to mimic everyday activities and/or challenges you face whether as an athlete or when picking up your grocery bags, to help you perform at your best.
Building the first space was like running our first marathon. We sweat and overextended ourselves until we got it done. We celebrated too! The best way to do it was changing lives to better health, and lifestyle, through comprehensive training programs in a challenging and fun environment.
For us is very important to be there for our members in a supportive environment where we all feel like a big family. And this family keeps growing! That’s why we have a brand new facility to make sure people feel comfortable and safe as they work their own success out, just like we did.
